    For best results:

  • Plug in the Converter, the cables to the VGA port and HDMI TV, before turning on the PC or Laptop.
  • If using a LAPTOP it may be needed to press Ctrl+F4 or F8 to release the VGA external display.
  • You might need to adjust the resolution on the laptops or PC. After adjusting the resolution you may need restart the machine.
  • The converter gets the power from the USB port. In some cases, corrupted USB ports may not provide enough power. If you have another USB port it is worth a try.
